The man accused of a drug-fueled, fatal crash in Pike County is due in court on Thursday.
Brian Paquette faces more than a dozen charges in connection with a February 12 crash on Interstate 69.
Stephanie Molinet, Autumn Kapperman, and Jason Lowe were all killed in the crash.
Lowe’s wife, Samantha, was seriously injured.
Paquette apparently told investigators that he had smoked meth at a party before the crash.
Newly filled court documents suggest Paquette also smoked meth three days beforehand.
Thursday’s hearing is expected to focus on a defense request for a change of venue as well as a motion of insanity defense.
Paquette remains in the Pike County Jail on a $750,000 bond.
