The individual accused of driving through a Memorial Day cross display in Henderson’s Central Park is due to be sentenced on Monday.
Anthony Burrus was indicted by a Grand Jury back in August on charges of criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say Burrus damaged 160 crosses set up for Memorial Day.
Each one represented a Henderson County resident who served our country.
Of those crosses, 20 were destroyed.
Burrus’ sentencing is scheduled for 10 a.m.
