Man accused of stealing car, leading police on chase

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – After allegedly stealing a car, getting gas without paying, and trying to run from police, a Henderson man is now in jail.

Police said an officer tried to pull over Seth Justice on Monday night at 12th and North Green St., but police said Justice drove off and crashed into an SUV and then drove off again.

Police said Justice was later found on Adams St.

A woman told police Justice had stolen her car.

Justice faces several charges, including fleeing or evading police and leaving the scene of an accident.
