ROCKPORT, Ind. (WEHT)- Rockport Police arrested Jesse Chancellor Friday after finding destructive devices at his residence.
Police say they initially went to the home after receiving a tip about drug activity at a residence and found the devices during a search of the home. The officers requested the Indiana State Police Explosive Ordinance Team, who determined they were “destructive devices.”
Chancellor is charged with 22 counts of possession of destructive devices, four counts of neglect of a dependent child, criminal recklessness, several misdemeanors, and drug-related offenses.
