Man arrested after shots fired in Henderson

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Henderson Police say they have arrested 34-year-old David Kennedy after investigating a shots fired call on the 1800 block of South Green Street.

HPD said after responding to the shots fired on South Green, their investigation revealed Kennedy is a convicted felon and Kennedy was arrested for possessing a handgun.

Kennedy was arrested around 3:00 p.m. Sunday on Cherry Street.
