One of three men charged in the murder of a popular Tri-State DJ appears in court this afternoon.
The attorney for Derrick Murray, nickname “Debo,” says there’s no connection between his client and the shooting death of Shane Breedlove.
Breedlove was killed last month. Murray’s attorney was also critical of the apparent lack of detail in the probable cause affidavit.
A judge already ruled probable cause existed to arrest Murray and two other men; father and son, Bobby John Handegard and Bobby Michael Handegard.
But Tuesday, the judge set a hearing for next Tuesday — to determine again, if there’s enough probable cause.
Murray remains in jail being held without bond, as do the Handegards.
