Man Charged in Fatal Crash to be Sentenced

The man charged in a crash that killed a well known taxi driver is set to be sentenced on Monday.

37-year-old Craig Ray has accepted a plea deal which calls for an eight-year sentence.

Ray admitted he was driving with drugs in his system last October when the crash happened in Warrick County.

69-year-old Kenneth Irwin of Unity Taxi was killed.

A judge is set to sign off on the plea deal later Monday.
