An Evansville man is due in court for sentencing Monday after a sentencing hearing initially scheduled for January 6 was canceled.
The hearing was rescheduled for Monday at 1 p.m.
In November 2015, Demeko Bradley was convicted of murder in the shooting death of Decedric Williams in December 2014.
The shooting happened in an alley near the intersection of Walnut and Kentucky.
Shortly after being convicted of murder, Bradley admitted to being a habitual offender — which could increase his sentence by 20 years.
