Masks will be required in Hopkins County Schools

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky (WEHT) – Officials voted on Friday to make masks mandatory for all student and staff in Hopkins County Schools regardless of vaccination status. They also say they will limit large gatherings.

Officials say the decision is a result of monitoring the level of COVID-19 cases in the community and quarantines in our student population.

Students will return to Hopkins County Schools on August 11.
