One of the ring leaders in a federal theft investigation centered around a pawn shop pleads guilty.

Kyle Hudson pleads guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen goods.

He faces up to five years in prison and has a sentencing date set for May 17.

The FBI raided Dealmakers Pawn Shops in Henderson and Newburgh in August 2014 and charged a total of 19 people in connection to the multi-million dollar operation.

Detectives believe Hudson and Michael Rupert had people steal from local stores and then sell those items on E-bay.

Rupert’s trial is still pending.
