OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) – Owensboro Mayor Tom Watson and Daviess County Judge/Executive Al Mattingly will make their “State of the Community” addresses at the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce Rooster Booster Breakfast on Thursday morning.

The City of Owensboro and Daviess County Fiscal Court sponsor the breakfast, which is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Owensboro Convention Center.

Re-elected in November 2016, Watson is serving his second nonconsecutive four-year term as Owensboro Kentucky’s 42nd Mayor. 

Al Mattingly was elected in 2010 and sworn into office on January 3, 2011. The Daviess County Judge/Executive is the highest elected office in county government.

The cost to attend is $12 for Chamber Members with reservations, $15 for Members with no reservations and $20 for non-members.
