HENDERSON CO, Ky (WEHT) – The Vanderburgh County Coroner has released the identity of a driver killed in a single vehicle crash early Friday morning.

Police say the accident happened just after 3 a.m. in the 6000 block of Highway 351

Officials say they found the car about 200 feet from the road, upside down in a ditch. They say the car ran off the road, and flipped several times before hitting a support wire.

The driver, identified by the Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office as 24-year-old Dalton C. Below, was thrown from the car. He was flown to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation into the crash, and will release more details as they become available.
