Memorial Hospital: “certain health care workers” test positive for COVID-19

Local News

DUBOIS COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT)- Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center confirmed on Facebook Tuesday that “certain health care workers” there have tested positive for COVID-19.

The hospital says it is following CDC guidelines and contacting patients and coworkers who are potentially at risk. The hospital says certain guidelines prevent it from releasing the number of confirmed cases.

However, the hospital says additional screening is already in place for staff and visitors and all employees working in patient care or working within six feet of someone else are masked.
