Methodist Hospital has filled two leadership roles in western Kentucky for the new year.
Lynn Renee Steinwachs, a veteran healthcare administrator, has been named to succeed Patrick S. Donahue as Vice President/Administrator at Methodist Hopsital Union County in Morganfield.
Donahue retired at the end of 2016. Steinwachs is assuming her new role Monday, January 9.
She most recently was the Administrator of Parkview Nursing Home in Evansville. She’s a graduate of Murray State University.

Colberg, FACHE, President and CEO at Methodist Hospital, said,“Lynn Renee’s considerable experience in healthcare will be an asset and her long-term care experience will help us strengthen our Swing Bed program. We are happy to welcome her to our team and know she will continue the progress and high standard of care Union County residents have come to expect under Patrick Donahue’s long-term leadership.”
Benny Nolen, an experienced healthcare administrator, also joined the leadership team on January 3.
He’s in the role of Vice President of Professional Services for Methodist Hospital in Henderson.
He most recently served as President of Kentucky One Health’s St. Joseph Mt. Sterlin hospital in Montgomery County.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He earned his master’s in healthcare administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, NE.
