HENDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WEHT) – A Michigan man has been arrested in connection with a firearm theft from June 2018.

Donald Lee Buckley III is charged with theft of a firearm, which is a class D Felony.

Henderson County Sheriff’s Office says the charges stem from a reported stolen handgun from Spottsville in June 2018.

Authorities say Buckley pawned the stolen gun in Evansville after the gun was taken from a home in Spottsville.

Buckley is being held in the Henderson County Jail.

This is an ongoing investigation.
