Mount Vernon to vote on windmill ordinance

MOUNT VERNON, Ind. (WEHT) – The Mount Vernon City Council is scheduled to vote on a windmill ordinance that would regulate property distance, shadow flicker, and other areas.

The Mount Vernon City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. at town hall.
