Muhlenberg Co. 911 Office asking for livestock information

Local News

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – The Muhlenberg County 911 Office is asking for information regarding residents’ livestock in the county to help keep track of the animals.

The office needs to know what breed, color, etc. your livestock is and the address. They also need the owner’s name.

This will come in handy when animals get loose. It’s also designed to help prevent accidents involving lost animals, or animals in general.

If the office is given the requested information, it will make locating the owners of the livestock easier.

If you have livestock, you’re asked to call 270-338-2000.
