New COVID-19 cases reported across Indiana, Tri-State


(WEHT)- The Indiana State Department of Health announced an additional 577 COVID-19 cases across the state Sunday, including new cases within the Tri-State. The statewide total is now 11,210 cases.

Vanderburgh County now has 85 confirmed cases, which leads our Indiana counties, while Warrick County has 58 known cases. According to the department of health’s COVID-19 dashboard, Vanderburgh County also leads our Indiana counties in testing, with 1,186 tests performed as of Sunday.

So far, 61,142 COVID-19 tests statewide have also been reported to the department of health. 562 Hoosiers are known to have died from the virus.
