Henderson, Ky. (WEHT) – Tommy Ransom has been named principal for Henderson County High School.

Currently. Ransom is serving as the Principal of Madisonville North Hopkins High School but says HCHS is home to him and he can’t wait to get back to where he started his educational career.

Ransom said, “I am very honored and excited to be the next principal at Henderson County High School. I would like to thank the HCHS SBDM Council for the opportunity. Henderson County has wonderful faculty and staff, and the students are even better. Mr. Thompson has HCHS at a great place, and I hope to build on what he has started. It is tough leaving Madisonville North Hopkins High School and what we have built there. HCHS is home to me, and I can’t wait to get back to where I started my educational career. GO COLONELS!”
