(WEHT) – Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) announced that legislation will start to turn the Western Kentucky Parkway into Interstate 569.
Next year, they will begin designing a section of the parkway in Muhlenberg and Ohio counties.
The government funding bills were approved Wednesday by the House of Representatives and the Senate is expected to approve them in the coming days.
