BOONVILLE, Ind.(WEHT)– Three years after an infant’s death the man accused of the crime trial has begun. However, there’s Still, no jury seated for the Thaddious Rice murder trial in Warrick circuit court.
Attorneys have spent the last two days trying to seat a panel to hear the case. One of the issues that have slowed the process down that most of the potential jurors say they remember media accounts of the issue.
Investigators say the child died in his custody from a head injury.
Rice is accused of murder and neglect.
