North American Lighting to hold open house, job fair in Elberfeld

North American Lighting’s Indiana Tool Shop will hold open interviews and tours on July 12, 12-5 p.m. and July 13, 8 a.m.- 12 p.m. as they prepare to grow their team and showcase their state-of-the-art facility.

ELBERFELD, Ind. (WEHT) — North American Lighting’s (NAL) Indiana Tool Shop will hold open interviews and tours on Friday from noon until 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon.

NAL’s Tool Shop houses plastic injection mold makers, mold designers, polishers and manual machinists who build and repair the tools used to produce exterior automotive lighting systems at NAL’s manufacturing plants.

NAL is the largest tier-1 exterior automotive lighting supplier in North America, supplying headlights and taillights to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford and GM, and others.

“Come visit us to learn more about our one-of-a-kind modern tool shop as well as meet some of our Team Members that make up our team-oriented culture,” said Mark Kinsella, Indiana Tool Plant Manager. “We think you will be impressed not only with our team and facility, but also the type of work and stability we offer our employees.”

NAL’s continued growth has created new openings that include Manual Machinists, Mold Makers, Mold Designers, Tool Shop Supervisor, Polisher, and HR Generalist Trainee.

Interested applicants should bring a resume and plan for onsite interviews at the Tool Shop, just 20-minutes north of Evansville.

The NAL Indiana Tool Plant is located at 11833 Industrial Park Drive in Elberfeld.
