Local News

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The date is now set for this year’s Evansville Christmas on North Main Parade.

A host of Disney and other pop culture figures helped the parade committee at a news conference on Thursday morning.

They announced the parade will be November 24 at 2:30 p.m.

The event is sponsored by the Jacobsville Area Community Corporation and has more than 100 entries this year.

Once again, the parade is partnering with Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights to benefit Easterseals.

The Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights officially opens on Thanksgiving Day.
