Nut Clubber injured during Fall Festival remains ‘stable but critical’

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The West Side Nut Club member who was injured during the Fall Festival was taken off his vent tube and put on a trach tube for recovery.

The Facebook page Nuts for Grant posted the update on Grant Johnson’s condition a few days ago.

The post also said Johnson is still under unconscious medical sedation to help his brain heal.

Almost two weeks ago, Johnson was severely injured after falling from a UTV near the corner of 12th and Illinois Streets during the Fall Festival.
