Ohio Co. man arrested for sex crimes involving minors

HARTFORD, Ky. (WEHT) – Kentucky State Police have charged an Ohio County man after allegations he had sexual relationships with two minors.

Eric T. Clark, 43, of Hartford was charged with several felonies.

In November, KSP launched an investigation after allegations were made suggesting Clark had an inappropriate sexual relationship with two juveniles.

KSP obtained warrants and arrested Clark without incident. He is lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.

He was charged with the following:

  • 2 counts of Rape, 1st Degree – (Victim under 12 years old)
  • 11 counts of Sodomy, 1st Degree – (Victim under 12 years old)
  • 13 Counts of Incest – (Victim under 12 years old)
  • 11 Counts of Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree – (Victim under 12 years old)
  • Kidnapping – Minor
