FORDSVILLE, Ky. (WEHT) – On Tuesday night, Abigail Barnes, the attorney for Seth Stiff, sent Eyewitness News a statement regarding Stiff’s charges.
“My client is innocent of all charges. These allegations come in the midst of a highly contested divorce/custody case and he is being falsely accused. I fully expect him to be exonerated in the court of law.”
Stiff is accused of rape, sodomy, incest and sexual abuse of a minor.
KSP began an investigation on April 24th after allegations were made that Stiff had an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile.
Stiff is being held on a $250,000 cash bond in the Ohio County Jail.
FORDSVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police have arrested an Ohio County man after he allegedly had a sexual relationship with a minor.
Seth Stiff, 37, of Fordsville, is charged with rape, sodomy, two counts of incest and four counts of sexual abuse.
On April 24th, KSP began an investigation on Stiff after allegations were made alleging, he had an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile.
The investigation led to Stiff’s arrest.
Stiff is being held in the Ohio County Jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
