HARTFORD, Ky. (WEHT) – An Ohio County School employee has been arrested, accused of being under the influence of alcohol at school.
In a report from the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office, the assistant superintendent is the one that made law enforcement aware of a situation involving Bettina Hardesty.
The arresting office said Hardesty was at the Ohio County Render Center, where she worked when they smelled alcohol on her breath.
After the presence of alcohol was confirmed through a breathalyzer test, Hardesty was arrested.
Eyewitness News has reached out to the Ohio County Board of Education for comment and has not heard back yet.
