Update:

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – 18-year-old Dylan Ellison has been arrested in connection with last night’s shooting.

According to a police document, the victim was with several others as they walked along Oakley Street. A witness says they were headed to a gas station to purchase drinks. As they were walking, the witness says several people on a porch were staring at them.
