One person injured in Sunday night shooting in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind (WEHT) A shooting has left one person injured.

Evansville Police say they were called Bayard park drive after 5:30 p.m. Sunday after reports of shots fired.

Officers say they received reports of four to six gunshots that hit one person.

That person’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Shell casings were found at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
