Over 20 pounds of synthetic drugs seized during Madisonville drug investigation

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WEHT) – Two people have been arrested after police found 23 pounds of synthetic drugs following a drug trafficking investigation.

Brandy Phelps and James Alexander are charged with Trafficking in Synthetic Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia.

Both are being held in the Hopkins County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Alexander and Phelps are scheduled to appear in court on May 24th at 9 a.m.
