The Holiday Inn in downtown Owensboro is swapping eggs for burgers.
LinGate Hospitality confirms to Eyewitness News that Another Broken Egg will be replaced by Burger Theory at the Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront.
Another Broken Egg, also known as Bourbon River Bar and Grill, will remain fully operational until mid-March when Burger Theory opens.
The burger restaurant will also feature a wide selection of craft beer, steak, salads, flatbreads, wraps, and a “Start Fresh” breakfast.
“We are excited to bring the Burger Theory concept to Owensboro. We recently opened Burger Theory in the Holiday Inn Paducah Riverfront hotel and we’ve been impressed with the food and beverage selections. We’ll also be adding Burger Theory in our new Holiday Inn Lexington, KY hotel set to open in April. It made sense to align our three Holiday Inn hotels with a consistent restaurant brand.” said Claude Bacon, Vice President of LinGate Hospitality in a news release.
Burger Theory is a brand owned by Holiday Inn.
