OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) — Many high school seniors are faced with canceled classes, proms. and even graduation, but one school wants to make a difference for students struggling during the pandemic.
Owensboro Catholic High School class officers have ordered signs for their classmates and school staff delivered them to seniors this afternoon.
“I’m real excited to be apart of it, I think it’s a great idea; great project and we want our seniors to know that we’re thinking about them and praying for them and we continue to celebrate their senior year,” Jason McClure, School Chaplin, said.
The project was funded through the parents of seniors.
