OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) – The trial of an Owensboro man charged with murder is still scheduled for next month after a plea deal was rejected.
Travon Anthony turned down the plea deal at a hearing Wednesday.
Anthony’s trial is still scheduled for November 12th. He’s charged with murder, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and intimidation of a witness in a legal proceeding.
He’s accused of shooting Todd Raley several times in the 3200 block of West 2nd Street last September. Raley later died from his injuries.
