Two Evansville parents have been arrested on charges of child neglect, following a hospital visit that happened nearly a year ago.
Malon Gott and Sabrina Ragler are in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
According to an affidavit, Ragler took their infant to the hospital for seizures back in October.
Doctors determined the child had two skull fractures.
Gott and Ragler reportedly said they had no idea how the child was injured.
Authorities said the suspected period of abuse was between August 23, 2017 and October 28, 2017.
The child was treated at St. Vincent and then transferred to Kosair in Louisville.
Medical staff at both hospitals agreed the fractures were the result of non-accidental blunt force trauma, according to the police affidavit.
