INDIANAPOLIS (WEHT) – A new permit application suggests John Dillinger’s body could now be dug up on December 3, 2019.

The application has not been approved by the state yet.

If approved, the body would have to be exhumed December 3rd and buried again on December 17th.

The previous application was for both to happen on the same day.
