Every Thursday, Bud’s Harley Davidson has their Thursday night Thunder on West Franklin Street. This week, it was lit up in pink.
From men wearing bedazzled bras to bra pong, the local River City Harley Owners group is raising money for Susan G Komen Foundation.
The group also hopes to raise awareness, and say this is a fun way to do it. The men were able to take their bra’s off once they got $50 dollars stuffed into them.
“That’s what I’m saying, what a better way to raise awareness then to see a big old Harley guy in feathers and boas and jewels,” said Marcia Frey, “it’s sort of like what are they doing it’s like oh my goodness that’s the perfect awareness.”
All of the efforts are leading up to the Pink Ribbon Ride taking place Sept. 17 along with Race for the Cure.
