Police haven’t released many details but people in the area at the time say it was a scary moment for the Verizon workers.

“You don’t terrify innocent people like they terrified the young lady i just saw. She just, i’ve gotten to know her a little bit and she didn’t deserve that. She waited on us whenever we went and renewed our phones and tablets and stuff. She didn’t deserve to be terrified. Nobody does.”

Police have not said if any arrests have been made.
