Police say man had BAC over five times the legal limit

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) Police arrested an Evansville man late Sunday night after they were called to an automobile accident near Morgan and Theater Drive.

Police reported that Jeremy Moschner failed multiple field sobriety tests on the scene. When authorities gave him the Portable Breath Test, Moschner recorded a blood-alcohol level of .449, more than five times the legal limit of .08.

Police say Moschner reported to have been “drinking all day”.
