EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Evansville Police Department said that a fugitive wanted on forgery and theft charges was located and arrested in Webster County, Kentucky on Monday.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Evansville Police Department said it’s searching for a fugitive accused of forgery and theft.
Police said Tracy Allen Fussner is currently homeless and living out of a 2018 Chevy Impala with California plates “8DLL420” or stolen Indiana plates “RHX654.”
According to EPD, Fussner may be in the company of 46-year-old Jasmine Hutchcraft.
Police said Fussner frequents local retail businesses where he shoplifts and passes stolen forged checks by using a stolen identification.
