One of the Posey County brothers facing charges, after allegedly stabbing their father multiple times, is due in court Tuesday.
Tuesday’s 9 a.m. hearing for Tyson Paris was initially scheduled for December 1.
Tyson faces charges stemming from an altercation where his father was stabbed in September.
According to court documents, Tyson Paris and his brother Brian Paris had both been drinking at the time of the argument.
Brian is being held on $500,000 bond and has ten prior convictions.
Tyson Paris is being held on $100,000 bond.
