EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — A free concert to save WUEV is happening this weekend.

In May, the University of Evansville announced the sale of WUEV 91.5 to WAY-FM.

Now, a group of concerned citizens will host the “Radio Revival” to create awareness about the ongoing effort to save the radio station.

The event will be on Saturday, June 22nd from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Ballroom at Sauced in Haynie’s Corner.

We’re told there’s still time for the community to write to the FCC regarding the sale.

UE says it has followed proper protocol in the sale.

More information can be found on Facebook at Radio Revival.
