ROMP drew over 26,000 people to Owensboro

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) – The Bluegrass Festival in Owensboro drew over 26,000 people to Yellow Creek Park.

Last week, people came to ROMP and The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum from 40 states and six countries, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, and Uganda.

Saturday’s attendance was highest with about 9,500 people on the festival grounds.

And 2,300 people camped out.

ROMP will be June 24th through June 27th next year.
