Salvation Army hosts distribution for those affected by COVID-19

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Salvation Army will hold a distribution at 1040 N. Fulton Avenue beginning at 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (or until the food has been depleted.) The distribution will help those affected by COVID-19, with loss of jobs, and closures with their groceries.

Apples, oranges, potatoes, bread, canned goods, one frozen item of meat and butter will be handed out to the public. Lines should form on Missouri (facing east-beside Salvation Army).

One person should represent each household. Please provide a picture ID and the names of all household members. Please stay in your cars so that social distancing isn’t compromised.
