EVANSVILLE, Ind (WEHT) – The Salvation Army of Evansville held their annual Thanksgiving community dinner on Wednesday night at their North Fulton headquarters.

Officials say about 300 meals were served during the event. Major Mary Poff says they kept the same format they had last year to keep volunteers and the people they help safe.

Workers from Schnucks were among those helping prepare the meals for the dinner.
