Salvation Army will be collecting new toys for ToyTown

Local News

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Salvation Army, in conjunction with the Walmart Supercenters in the Evansville Metropolitan Area, will be collecting new toys for ToyTown.

There will be collection boxes in front of the Walmarts in Evansville, Newburgh and Boonville on December 6th.

Volunteers will be passing out a list of toys that would be helpful.

The Salvation Army and other organizations are trying to pick up the slack because Toys for Tots isn’t operating in the area this year.

There are several other locations where ToyTown boxes where toys can be dropped off, include several Evansville Teacher’s Credit Union locations, Old National Bank locations, Pro ReHab locations, among others.
