Search continues for Evansville men accused of vandalizing Ohio Co. church

OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (WEHT) – The search continues for the Evansville men who are accused of vandalizing an Ohio County church last week.

Sheriff Tracy Beatty says they issued warrants for Earling George Iverson III and James Ray Howard, both from Evansville.

They’re wanted in connection with the vandalism at Pleasant Grove Church on Askins Road in Fordsville.

He says the two men were released from the Daviess County Jail the day before the vandalism and were seen on surveillance video several times before and after the incident.

“Statements that we’ve taken from neighbors there that identified these two individuals being there at that location. Some of the property that they had in their possession, we identified that in some of the video.”

Sheriff Beatty adds the two were also last seen in Leitchfield in Grayson County and they could be in the Louisville area.
