EVANSVILLE, Ind (WEHT) There may not be an airshow this year, but Shrinersfest officials tell us the show must go on. And this year, we’re told there won’t be any buttons.

Shrinersfest is set for May 28 – 31 this year. And because the event will be free, there will be no buttons required.

There will still be a charge to get into the bierstubes on Friday and Saturday night. Food, beer and rides will also come at a charge.

Another change this year is a National Kansas City Bar-b-q competition with people from around the globe. We’re told there will also be an Amateur Backyard Warrior Bar-b-q compeition.

Other activities will include the flying dogs, dog parade, bed races, bike show, Kids Zone, a massive outdoor Cornhole Tournament with cash prizes, and multiple beer gardens open throughout the daytime with live music.
