Sign near I-69 catches drivers’ eyes

Local News

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – A sign near Interstate 69 in Evansville is catching drivers’ eyes.

The sign says “Creen River Road” when it’s obviously meant to say, “Green River Road.”

Jason Tiller with the Department of Transportation says the letters on the sign are essentially reflective stickers. He believes this sign was damaged from weather.

Tiller says INDOT will make plans to fix the sign.
