After two hours, Burnett was captured and arrested without further incident.

His charges include fleeing police on foot, criminal trespassing, possession of a handgun by a felon, absconding parole supervision, and fugitive from another state – Indiana.

Burnett was taken to the Ohio County Jail, where he’s awaiting extradition to Indiana.
