(WEHT) – A new study finds Kentucky has one of the lowest rates of juvenile arrests in the country.
According to the study, the Commonwealth had 367 young people arrested for every 100,000 teenagers in the state.
That puts Kentucky at 41st on the list.
Indiana came in at 20th with 638 arrestees per 100,000 teens.
Maryland had the highest juvenile arrest rate in the country and West Virginia had the lowest.
